Return the product within 2-3 days and we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 days

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns.

2. Reporting an Issue

Any issue with your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds

Once your claim is verified and approved, we will process a refund or replacement as per your preference.

Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Cancellations

Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially consumed food items.

Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
