Return & Refund Policy – Hindmaan Foods

Return the product within 2-3 days and we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 days

At Hindmaan Foods, we value your trust and satisfaction. We take great care to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. This Return & Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns.

  • However, a return or replacement may be considered in the following cases:

    • You receive the wrong item.

    • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

    • The package is missing items you ordered.

2. Reporting an Issue

  • Any issue with your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the product/package, and a short description of the problem by emailing or WhatsApping our support team.

3. Refunds

  • Once your claim is verified and approved, we will process a refund or replacement as per your preference.

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed food items.

  • Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Items returned after the reporting window (24 hours post-delivery).
